2019 is Flying by!

Wow, March is here! It's amazing how fast time goes. We have had an unusual beginning to the year as our travel schedule has been much slower than normal for this time of year. We have however gotten to be a part of several ministry opportunities that have put us in front of ministers whom we hope to partner with.

We are very excited about the new opportunities we have coming up this Spring. We have added our own stage camera so that we can capture a few moments from the show in larger detail. These moments are some of the favorite things we have created in the last few years! One is an homage to a classic effect by one of my favorite illusionists, David Berglas. It's a chance for us to put our own spin on one of the most classic effects and hopefully leave an unforgettable impact.

We have some new exciting changes coming to our website. We hope these changes will make us more effective at both reaching people and teaching others to do so.

This weekend, I had a chance to be in New Hampshire for a Winter Camp as their speaker. You have heard us say before that we have a burden for reaching people in the Northeastern U.S. Even though they didn't have much money for this event, we instantly said yes. God answered our prayer to use us in that area, so we definitely weren't saying no.

Since it was mostly a speaking arrangement, Karla and the girls stayed home for this one. Not only was this our first event in the state of New Hampshire, but it was our first snowy camp. I had a lot of fun! I got a chance to sled with the students (first time on a sled so I was nervous...).

More importantly, I heard several students I heard several stories of students who gave their lives to Christ and others who were delivered from heavy things in their lives. Also, I have come away with a burden for a girl named Emma whom I spoke with right after the session. Her friend brought her over because she was worried about her. Emma is not yet a believer and has a lot on her plate right now. The seeds of the Gospel were planted and she has friends who care deeply about her. Pray for her please and for the people in her life as they show Christ to her.

I heard another story this weekend about a girl who was abandoned by her mother as a child, but gave her life to Christ this weekend. She passed form death to life, but also received an entirely new family.

There were several other stories from this camp that will stick with us for a long time. These stories were so cool, but are not unique to just this camp or even student group. We hear stories like this all over the country. It's shocking to learn some of the stuff that students have to deal with at such a young age. I mean heavy stuff. I couldn't begin to tell you how many times students have told us after the show they have been delivered from so much craziness in their lives.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to minister to these students and adults. We are thankful that God has chosen this position for us. We know though that it is only because of of our prayer supporters and donors that we are able to do this. The road is uncertain many times, but we are thankful for what you do. We are seeking people who can come on board with us (Axiom Ministries) and financially support this ministry as we strive to grow and become even more effective at reaching people.
